Stephen Preston to be Pentagon General Counsel

The President intends to nominate CIA General Counsel Stephen Preston to take over for Jeh Johnson as General Counsel of the Defense Department---or so, at least, I am hearing. I have not yet seen an official statement from the White House on this.
