On Thursday, January 5th, the Senate Armed Services Committee convened a hearing on "Foreign Cyber Threats to the United States,"featuring testimony by DNI James Clapper, NSA Director Admiral Michael Rogers, and Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence Marcel Lettre.
