Media Companies File Response to Trump’s Motion to Quash Fulton County Report

On May 15, 10 media companies filed a response to former President Donald Trump’s motion to quash the final report of the Fulton County special purpose grand jury investigating interference in the 2020 presidential election in Georgia. 

In their response, the media intervenors argue that Trump’s motion is “unsupported by any legal basis” and is “starkly at odds with the fundamental principles of this Nation and State.”
