Livestream: House Judiciary Hearing on Constitutional Processes for Addressing Presidential Misconduct

The House Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing titled “Lessons from the Mueller Report, Part III: Constitutional Processes for Addressing Presidential Misconduct” at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. A video of the hearing is available below and here.

Witnesses include Caroline Fredrickson, President of the American Constitution Society; John Eastman, Director of the Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence, Chapman University, Fowler School of Law; Michael Gerhardt, Samuel Ashe Distinguished Professor in Constitutional Law, The University of North Carolina School of Law.
