Documents: Court Unseals Documents Regarding Chelsea Manning Subpoena

The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia has unsealed several filings concerning Chelsea Manning's challenge to a subpoena in that court. Manning was found to be in civil contempt on March 8 after declining to answer questions before the grand jury and has been imprisoned. The documents include: Manning's motion to quash the subpoena; the government's response to Manning's motion to quash; Manning's motion to unseal the case; the government's response to the motion to unseal; and the transcript of a March 5 hearing in the case. These documents, along with the order to unseal, are available below.
