Document: New Military Commission Charges in 2002 Bali Bombings

The chief prosecutor of the Guantanamo Bay military commissions, Army Brig. Gen. Mark Martins, has brought new charges against Riduan bin Isomuddin (also known as Hambali), an al-Qaida affiliate alleged to have organized a series of 2002 bombings in Bali, Indonesia. Charges were also brought against his co-conspirators, Mohammed Nazir bin Lep and Mohammed Farik bin Amin. You can read the full charge sheet here:
