Document: D.C. Circuit Rules in McKeever v. Barr
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit has ruled in McKeever v. Barr, a case concerning whether federal courts have the inherent authority to release grand jury information protected under Rule 6(e) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
