DC Circuit Rules on Nashiri

This morning, the DC Circuit Court of Appeals handed down a decision on Abd al Rahim al Nashiri's petition for a writ of mandamus to dissolve the military commission convened to try him. The court denied Nashiri's petition and affirmed the ruling of the district court, which denied Nashiri's motion for a preliminary injunction of his trial by military commission.
