Dr. Unal Tatar is an Assistant Professor at the College of Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security, and Cybersecurity (CEHC) at the University at Albany. He is the former coordinator of the National Computer Emergency Response Team of Turkey. He also worked as an academic advisor to the NATO COE-DAT on cyber terrorism issues.
