Davis II Chair in Law Emeritus at the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and a Distinguished Scholar in Residence and Adjunct Professor of Law at the New York University School of Law. He is a leading scholar in U.S. constitutional and administrative law, with a special focus on the American presidency and the separation of powers.
