Joe McReynolds is the Chinese Security Studies Fellow at the Jamestown Foundation and co-founder of the China Cyber and Intelligence Studies Institute (CCISI). His research interests center primarily on China’s approaches to computer network warfare and to defense science and technology development. He is the editor and co-author of “China’s Evolving Military Strategy” (2016) and the upcoming “Chinese Information Warfare” (2021).
