Jacqueline Chervak

Jacqueline Chervak is a senior associate in Morrison Foerster’s National Security and Securities Litigation, Enforcement, and White Collar Defense groups. She previously served in the U.S. Department of Justice as counsel to the deputy assistant attorney general and a trial attorney in the National Security Division, and as a Special Assistant United States prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia.
