Frank O. Bowman, III is Curators’ Distinguished Professor and Floyd R. Gibson Missouri Endowed Professor of Law at the University of Missouri School of Law, as well as Dean’s Visiting Scholar at Georgetown University Law Center. He is a former federal and state prosecutor. Among many other works on sentencing and punishment, he is co-author of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines Handbook (Thomson Reuters). His most recent book is High Crimes & Misdemeanors: A History of Impeachment for the Age of Trump (Cambridge University Press 2019).
