Emily Skahill is a Master of Law and Technology student at the Georgetown University Law Center, where she studies privacy and cybersecurity law and policy. She graduated from Brown University with a degree in Public Policy in 2021 and is a former research assistant for the Brookings Institution's Center for Technology Innovation.
