Cyprien Fluzin is a PhD candidate in international law and teaching assistant at the Geneva Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Switzerland. His research focuses on the intersection of terrorism and armed conflict, in particular with respect to the participation of foreigners in conflicts abroad. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and previously worked for the International Committee of the Red Cross in Geneva.
