Pardee Center for International Futures at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver and an Open Research Laboratory associate at the Russian, East European, and Eurasian Center at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His research has been featured in Electoral Studies, German Politics and the Washington Post.
