Andrew Hyde is a Senior Fellow and Director at the Stimson Center, a Washington, DC think tank. Along with his work at on Stimson’s “Strengthening NATO’s Ability to Protect” project, he leads on projects looking at UN financing and how UN peacekeeping operations can increase their use of renewable energy. Andrew’s 28-year U.S. diplomatic career focused on multilateral diplomacy, international security issues, conflict prevention and institutional partnerships and included postings in Europe, South Asia and Latin America. He has also worked in the U.S. Congress, the UK House of Commons and European Commission.
