Raffaela Wakeman

Raffaela Wakeman works at the Brookings Institution, focusing on law, American politics, and governance issues. She graduated with a B.S. and M.S. in political science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2009, and wrote her Master’s thesis on electoral design in the Middle East. She is currently a law student at Georgetown University Law Center.
