No, it wasn’t a cyber-attack. I was doing some work on the Wiki Document Library and accidentally password protected the entire site. Thanks to those of you who brought this to my attention, and apologies to all whose access to Lawfare may have been impaired.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed Congress yesterday. In his speech, he roundly condemned the nuclear deal being negotiated between Iran and the P5+1.
