Shane Harris, official judge of the Lawfare Drone Smackdown, emailed the five remaining combatants (one has dropped out) the following concerning the order of combat on Sunday:

NAMES WERE DRAWN IN THIS ORDER:

  3. Paul Rosenzweig & Co. 
  4. Ben Wittes
  5. John Procter

ORDER OF BATTLE:

Round 1: Alice v. Bill

Round 2: Paul & Co. vs. Ben

Round 3: John vs. winner of Round 2

Championship Round: Winner of Round 1 vs. Winner of Round 3
