This is interesting. The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals has just entered the following docket order in the military commission appeal of Ali Hamza Ahmad al Bahlul:
CLERK’S ORDER filed . . . , on the court’s own motion, that this case be removed from the court’s September 10, 2012 oral argument calendar and that oral argument be postponed until further order of the court.
If anyone knows the back story, I would love to hear it.
